Lakes Region United is a volunteer-run soccer club offering affordable and accessible competitive travel soccer for athletes from around New Hampshire's Lakes Region. 

Lakes Region United's mission is to develop young soccer players who aspire to play soccer at the higher levels as they move from elementary school through middle school, to high school and beyond.

LRU provides athletes the opportunity to play soccer in a fun, competitive, safe, and educational environment.

Lakes Region United includes players from the following New Hampshire towns: Alton, Ashland, Belmont, Bristol, Canterbury, Center Harbor, Concord, Franklin, Gilford, Gilmanton, Holderness, Laconia, Loudon, Meredith, Moultonborough, New Hampton, Northfield, Sanbornton, and Tilton.

Lakes Region United fields outdoor teams with the New Hampshire Soccer League in the spring and fall ranging from U10 to U19. Teams continue to play and/or train at Fieldhouse Sports in Bow  late fall to early spring.
