Thanks to the generosity of the dentistry office of Dr. Everett R. Johnson, DMD, LRU has added much-needed home and away benches at the Meadows field in Gilford. The lightweight aluminum benches will be used during the spring and summer soccer seasons by LRU and visiting teams.

 

According to Bruce Clay, LRU Club President, "LRU relies on the generosity of donors, volunteers and involvement from our local communities to provide year-round soccer programs for our youth. The generous donation of these benches has allowed our players, visiting teams, coaches, and officials a comfortable place to sit and rest before, during, and after games. We are very grateful to our sponsor, Dr. Everett R. Johnson, DMD, for the new benches. We will enjoy them for many years to come."
